- 2 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 90 g of whole cane sugar
- 200 g butter
- 100 ml mulled wine
- 240 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g raisins
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C and grease the baking pan.
