Ingredients
- 1-2 egg whites
- 135 g sugar
- 150 g almond flour
- 1 teaspoon potato flour
- 30 g powdered sugar
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- Place the Ankarsrum mixing bowl with the whisks on the Assistent. Whisk the sugar and egg whites.
- Add cocoa, almond flour and potato flour. Mix to form a dough.
- Pour powdered sugar into a small bowl.
- Form the sticky dough into small balls, roll them in powdered sugar and place them on the baking tray.
