Ingredients
  • 1-2 egg whites
  • 135 g sugar
  • 150 g almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon potato flour
  • 30 g powdered sugar

preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
  2. Place the Ankarsrum mixing bowl with the whisks on the Assistent. Whisk the sugar and egg whites.
  3. Add cocoa, almond flour and potato flour. Mix to form a dough.
  4. Pour powdered sugar into a small bowl.
  5. Form the sticky dough into small balls, roll them in powdered sugar and place them on the baking tray.
  6. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Allow to cool.
