PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Whisk – for perfect fluffiness!
- Use the whisks when you want to whip airy doughs such as meringue or cream, eggs and pound cake batter. Cream (100–800 ml), egg whites (2–20 pieces), pancake batter (0.5–2.5 liters), pound cake batter (1–3 portions).
- When you mix dough with butter, the butter should be at room temperature or liquid.
ASSEMBLY

When you switch between the whisk and the mixing beater, make sure that you hear a "click" when you insert the beaters into the head of the beater.
CLEANING
