PRODUCT INFORMATION
- The dough hook is primarily used for bread dough!
- When you work with the dough hook, always use the dough scraper so that the dough is directed to the middle of the bowl.
- A dough hook for older models from N1–N24.
ASSEMBLY
- The dough hook is inserted into the large hole (10 mm) in the arm block. Pull the arm over the dough hook and push the pin through the hole in the dough hook. The distance between the bottom of the bowl and the dough hook should be about 4-5 mm so that the dough is kneaded thoroughly. Change the height if necessary by using a screwdriver to adjust the adjustment screw located at the bottom of the hole for the dough hook.
CLEANING
- The dough hook is dishwasher safe.
TIPS!
- Rolling pin or dough hook? It's basically a question of preference, but the dough hook has advantages for heavy doughs. The rolling pin was there from the start, and the dough hook was added as a basic accessory when the Assistent was launched in the USA.
