Ankarsrum cookie cutter attachment

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• With the cookie cutter attachment you can make cookies in different shapes.
• The cookie attachment fits the meat grinder model 10, which you can recognize by the number 10 on the blade.

ASSEMBLY

• First, place the meat grinder and the meat grinder auger onto the drive socket A. Then lay the assistant on its side. Place the ring (as with the sausage filling attachment) and then the holder for the biscuit attachment (with the spray rail removed) onto the meat grinder. Adjust the attachment so that the rail is horizontal before securing the holder with the meat grinder's locking ring. Attach the spray rail and the tray and fill in the dough using the pusher.

CLEANING

• The cookie attachment is dishwasher safe.

TIPS!

• Let the shortcrust pastry rest in the fridge wrapped in cling film for at least an hour before piping the cookies.
• For a good shortcrust pastry, work with the whisk.
• It is important not to beat shortcrust pastry for too long. Otherwise the cookies will become hard and compact.
• Pipe the dough sticks directly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
• Let the assistant run at low speed.
