ASSEMBLY

  • The stainless steel bowl is placed on the drive socket A of the assistant. The torque is transferred to the bowl from below. If the arm is in the way, you can easily loosen the arm with the adjusting screw.

CLEANING

  • The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe.

TIPS!

  • For bread, doughs with 1 litre of liquid fit into the stainless steel bowl even when rising.
  • If you are working with doughs that contain more than 1.5 liters of liquid, place the dough in a larger bowl to rise or divide the dough into two bowls.
